Diploma in Strategic Human Resources Management and Development
HR practitioners can pursue a diploma course through Ateneo CORD. This program enables HR practitioners to contribute to the organization by making them strategic business partners. This is composed of the following certificate courses:
Core Courses (required 13 days)
- Certificate Course in Strategic HR Business Partnering (4 days)
- Certificate Course in Competency-Based Human Resource Management (4 days)
- Certificate Course in Introduction to Organization Development (5 days)
Electives (choose any of the following courses to complete a total of 12 days)
- Certificate Course in Learning Design and Evaluation (6 days)
- Certificate Course in Facilitating Adult Learning (5 days)
- Certificate Course in Performance and Rewards Management (5 days)
- Certificate Course in Talent Management (4 days)
- Certificate Course in Fundamentals of Data-Driven HR (4 days)
- Certificate Course in Enabling Employee Well-being and Resilience (4 days)
Short Course Electives
- CARES 2.0: A Framework for Mental Health Strategy and Policy Formulation in Organizations (2 days)
- Competency-Based Selection Interview Workshop (1 day)
