Advance your HR career with the Ateneo CORD Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management and Development
This program is designed for HR and OD practitioners who want to make a meaningful impact by becoming strategic human resource partners in their organizations. Through a combination of core and elective certificate courses, participants gain practical skills and knowledge in key areas of human resource and organizational development.
To earn the Diploma in Strategic Human Resource Development and Management (DSHRMD), participants must complete the following within a three-year period:

All four (4) core courses, which cover foundational concepts and essential skills in HR and OD practice.

Elective courses totaling at least 12 training days, selected from the list of available electives.
This flexible structure allows learners to tailor their development journey based on their interests and schedules, while ensuring a strong foundation through the core curriculum.

INVESTMENT
Course fees range from PHP 13,030 to PHP 40,000, depending on the course duration and content. The total cost of DSHRMD will vary based on the electives selected by the participant. All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

PAYMENT SCHEMES:
- Full Payment: 100% of course investment to be paid before the 1st course
- 60/40: 60% of full amount to be paid before 1st course, 40% to be paid before last course.
- Per Course: To be paid before each course.

- Diplomate Discount: 10% discount to DSHRMD participants; Participants should register as DSHRMD diplomates to avail of the discount.
- Full Payment Discount: 20% discount upon full payment.
- Early Eagle Discount: If paid 2 months before the program. Discount depends per course.
- PWD/SC: Please present your PWD or SC card for discount.
- NGO/Non-Profit: 10% discount on all courses if paid 1 month before the run date.
- Special Price: A special price is given to Ateneo de Manila University employees, Jesuits, and Jesuit-affiliated organizations. They get 50% off the course fee if paid before the run date. This condition applies if only one (1) representative is sent per program. In excess of one (1) representative, they may avail of the affiliate discount.
